Brakeman Hotel Promotion Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to promotional room rates, discounts, and packages advertised by Brakeman Hotel. Each offer’s advertisement or booking page states its particular benefit, eligible booking and stay dates, booking channel or code, and any minimum stay, day-of-week, room-type, or blackout restrictions. Those offer-specific details control if they differ from these general terms.

Offers apply only to eligible new reservations made while the offer is available and are subject to room and rate availability. A promotion cannot be applied to an existing reservation or combined with another offer unless the offer says otherwise. Discounts apply to the eligible room rate only unless the offer expressly includes another item. Offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

The applicable rate, required charges, taxes, and final amount are shown during booking. Deposit, cancellation, change, and no-show rules are those displayed for the selected rate before booking and in the reservation confirmation. Read those rules before confirming your reservation. An offer does not change the terms of a confirmed reservation unless we agree to the change.

We may correct a published error or change or end an offer for future bookings, subject to applicable law. Confirmed reservations remain subject to the terms accepted at booking. The Brakeman Hotel Best Rate Guarantee has its own separately published conditions.
